After attaining his Black Belt he WORKED AS AN ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR FOR SIFU MOUSAVI AND in 2016, WITH THE BLESSING OF HIS TEACHER, DECIDED TO OPEN HIS OWN MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL TEACHING TRADITIONAL KUNG FU FOR FITNESS AND SELF DEFENCE As part of the mousavi kung fu association.


HE IS A BCCMA ( BRITISH COUNCIL FOR CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS) QUALIFIED AND INSURED INSTRUCTOR AND A QUALIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND COACH.

John Clark has been a student of martial arts since his late teens. He started training in Southern Shaolin Kung fu in 2006 as a student of Sifu Mike Mousavi achieving his black belt in 2012.  he has also trained in Tae kwon do, aikido, krav maga and Brazilian Ju Jitsu.


In 2014 he won the silver medal in the southern long weapon category at the BCCMA National Forms Championship.
